Overview
Ninja Zone is a dynamic fusion of obstacle course training, gymnastics, martial arts, and freestyle movement, providing children with the freedom to progress and learn at their own pace. Originating from the vision of Casey Wright, NinjaZone combines discipline from martial arts, coordination from gymnastics, strength and agility from obstacle training, and creativity from parkour. This innovative program has rapidly become the fastest-growing youth activity, captivating the minds and bodies of kids everywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Development: Lead the development and enhancement of the Ninja Zone program, aligning with the core values and mission of Casper Gymnastics Center.
- Curriculum Design: Create engaging and progressive Ninja Zone curriculum that integrates obstacle course training, martial arts, gymnastics, and parkour elements.
- Staff Training and Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise Ninja Zone instructors, providing ongoing support, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Participant Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive Ninja Zone community, building relationships with students and families to ensure a rewarding experience.
- Event Coordination: Organize and oversee Ninja Zone events, competitions, and showcases, showcasing the skills and achievements of participants.
- Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and facility guidelines to ensure a secure Ninja Zone environment.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Ninja Zone programs, workshops, and special events through various channels.
- Budget Management: Assist in budget planning, resource allocation, and revenue generation for the Ninja Zone program.
Qualifications
- Experience in youth sports program management, with a focus on Ninja Zone, martial arts, gymnastics, or related disciplines.
- Certified Ninja Zone Instructor (or willingness to become certified).
- Strong background in obstacle course training, martial arts, gymnastics, or parkour, with experience in curriculum development.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and participants.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of safety standards, risk management, and child development principles.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
