Enjoy spending unplugged time with your toddler while our coaches guide you and your curious little one through creative, intentional circuits & stations designed to nurture your little one’s physical, social, and mental development through play in a safe and fun environment.
Class goals:
- Active Parent-Child interaction
- Trying new things
- Developing neural connections through play
- Achieving age-appropriate developmental milestones

Brave Butterflies
3-4 Year Olds

Butterflies will bravely branch out on their own to explore many different types of movement through structured play in a safe and fun environment designed to promote physical, social, and cognitive development through creative and intentional circuits and stations.
Class goals:
- Class participation without a caregiver
- Taking direction from an adult other than the primary caregiver(s)
- Trying new things
- Developing neural connections through play
- Achieving age-appropriate developmental milestones
- Kindergarten readiness
These classes start September 3, 2024.

Fearless Falcons
4-6 Year Olds
1 hr. – 1 class/wk

These fearless kiddos will be tackling more gymnastics-specific basics skills like rolls, handstands, and cartwheels while continuing to refine our gross motor skills and body shapes.
Our Falcons learn the same skills that we teach our Determined Dolphins (beginner) class, but we get to use more age-appropriate settings and equipment which allows us to set these fierce little birds up for better success!
Class goals:
- Listening and following directions independently
- Trying new things
- Taking turns
- Successfully participating in a group class
- Kindergarten readiness skills
