Little Ninjas is the entry level to the exciting world of ninja sport, a discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training, and freestyle movement.
Your Little Ninja will enjoy exploring many different types of movement through structured play in a safe and fun environment designed to promote physical, social, and cognitive development through creative and intentional circuits and stations.
Class goals:
- Class participation without a caregiver
- Taking direction from an adult other than the primary caregiver(s)
- Trying new things
- Developing neural connections through play
- Achieving age-appropriate developmental milestones
- Kindergarten readiness
These classes start September 3, 2024.

Ninjas
Ninja Class – 6-15 Year Olds
1 hr – 1 class/wk

Ninja Sport is a fusion of obstacle course training, gymnastics, martial arts, and freestyle movement, and character building.
A progressive level system evaluates and advances children in their skill and knowledge of core values as described in the NinjaZone program while allowing each child to learn at their own pace.
The levels of NinjaZone are defined by the headband colors of White, Yellow, Green, Blue, and Purple.
Class goals:
- Listening & following directions
- Confidence
- Trying new things
- Working through frustration &fear
- Manners
- Being respectful to others

Advanced Ninjas
Assessment Required
1.5 hrs – 1 class/wk

A continuation of the Ninja class, Advanced Ninjas will continue to use a progressive level system to learn advanced Ninja skills and combinations while working on becoming good role models and leaders.
Class goals:
- Communication skills
- Confidence
- Trying new things
- Working through frustration & fear
- Good sportsmanship
- Being a good role model
- Develop a life-long love for being active
