Overview

At Casper Gymnastics Center, we believe in the transformative power of gymnastics for young children. Our Preschool Program Director plays a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of our youngest learners, aged 15 months to 6 years, as they take their first steps into the world of movement, creativity, and character-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Development: Create and oversee the development of innovative preschool gymnastics programs aligned with the CGC’s mission and vision.
  • Curriculum Design: Develop age-appropriate gymnastics curriculum focusing on character-building, empowerment, and nurturing the potential of each child.
  • Staff Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and ongoing training to preschool gymnastics instructors, ensuring they deliver high-quality classes.
  • Parent and Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and the community, emphasizing the benefits of gymnastics in child development.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all preschool gymnastics activities adhere to safety protocols, industry standards, and legal regulations.
  • Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess program effectiveness, student progress, and instructor performance, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Events and Showcases: Organize and coordinate preschool gymnastics events, showcases, and exhibitions to celebrate student achievements and promote the program.
  • Budge Management: Assist in budget planning, resource allocation, and revenue generation for the preschool gymnastics program.

Qualifications

  • Ability to patiently and effectively engage with preschool-age children
  • Experience with program management, preferably in gymnastics or youth sports.
  • Strong background in gymnastics coaching and curriculum development for young children.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor staff.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in engaging parents and the community.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, child development principles, and industry trends.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Passion for empowering children, building character, and fostering a sense of belonging.
